Lucy-Liu

Lucy Liu is an American singer, actress, producer and singer. She's a beautiful, skilled actress that has inspired many Asian actors to succeed in Hollywood. After several appearances in popular television shows that made her famous, she was a part of The Ally McBeal legal comedy where she was Ling Woo. Her fame exploded into films roles like Shanghai Noon or Charlie's Angels. The actress also gave a superb performance as Japanese criminal O'Ren Ishii as part of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. The actress also played the lead role in films that failed at the box office, such as Rise: Blood Hunter. In the following years, she started to voice prominent characters from animated films such including Kung Fu Panda and Tinker Bell. Mia Mason's part on Cashmere Mafia, a small screen feature, failed to result in any results. In the course of her recurring roles in the critically acclaimed police drama Southland allowed her to regain recognition as a well-known actress. Liu is very cautious in choosing her roles so that she does not become the victim of a hugely competition-driven industry. Even though she's proud her background, she is determined to not allow that to limit her creative abilities.
