Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. Her birth name is Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February in 1950. The 1980s were when she became a household name for her appearances on various TV shows. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild started her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow which was a CBS daytime soap from 1973 until 1977. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas for the first time as the actress to portray Jenna Wade before taking a part in the lead role of the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). She appeared on ABC's brief primetime soap Paper Dolls, and for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also an actor on stage and has appeared on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she received an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series. She's a member of SAG-AFTRA. She was a graduate of a Catholic All-girls High School. Maggie Lawson was only eight when she started acting in productions on stage.
