Rhona Mitra
Mitra played the live-action model of Lara Croft, the lead character in Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider video game series prior to when Angelina Jolie took the role for the two Tomb Raider films (2001-2003). Mitra was ranked No. 46 in the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2001. She was Christopher Lambert's romantic partner in Beowulf. She played Scott Wolf's illicit love interest on Party of Five, her first big part. Mitra was a minor character in the film "Hallow Man," which was released in 2000. as a friend who is murdered by Kevin Bacon. In the role of Alejandra "Ollie", Klein, she was a major role in Gideon's crossing's medical drama. Following that, Mitra had roles in Ali G Indahouse's Sweet Home Alabama, Stuck on You as well as leading roles in Highwaymen, Spartacus, and in the film "The The Practice". Mitra was Tara Wilson's final appearance on The Practice. She continued the role on Boston Legal, but she left before the second season. Mitra was the third season's Kit McGraw role on Nip/Tuck in 2005. Mitra then went on to play the role in Skinwalkers, The Number 23 and Shooter.In 2008, Mitra starred in the main role in the action/science fiction film Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair (sometimes mistakenly named in some databases as being Caryn Peterson) In 2009, Mitra came to be a part of Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja her daughter the powerful vampire older Viktor (played by Bill Nighy). She grew fond of her vampire claws while filming and refused to take them out when they were not visible. "I set the fangs up the first day. I thought it was weird that they were there. That's why I kept them all the time I was filming, in all my dialogue as well as everything else." She also appeared in three episodes of Stargate Universe.
